This instrument constitutes the mandatory legal notice established in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, governing in a binding manner the conditions of access, navigation, and use of the Website.

In accordance with Rule 1.430 of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, the parties expressly waive the right to jury trial for any controversy arising from this instrument.
- FINAL PROVISIONS
10.1 Partial Nullity
Declaration of nullity or inapplicability of any clause shall not affect the validity of the rest of the provisions, which shall maintain their effectiveness and validity.
10.2 Entire Agreement
This legal notice constitutes the complete agreement between the parties regarding the use of the Website.

Communications directed to the owner must be made in writing to the address indicated in the first section of this instrument or by email to info@floridaopen.university
- EFFECTIVE DATE
This Legal Notice becomes effective on the date of its publication and shall remain in force until modified or replaced by a subsequent instrument.
