Program Description
La Licenciatura en Servicios Humanos está diseñada para formar profesionales comprometidos con el bienestar de individuos, familias y comunidades en diversos entornos sociales. El programa ofrece una formación integral que combina conocimientos teóricos y prácticos en comportamiento humano, sistemas sociales, políticas públicas y gestión de servicios sociales, preparando a los estudiantes para responder a las complejas necesidades de las poblaciones vulnerables con sensibilidad, ética y profesionalismo.
Durante la carrera, los estudiantes desarrollan competencias para la intervención social, la planificación y evaluación de programas comunitarios, la orientación individual y la gestión de servicios asistenciales. Asimismo, se fomenta la comprensión de los determinantes sociales del bienestar, la equidad, la inclusión y la colaboración interdisciplinaria como ejes fundamentales para mejorar la calidad de vida en distintos contextos sociales y laborales.
Objetivo del Programa
El objetivo de la Licenciatura en Servicios Humanos es preparar profesionales con conocimientos sólidos sobre el comportamiento humano, los sistemas sociales y los modelos de prestación de servicios, capaces de diseñar, gestionar y evaluar programas orientados al desarrollo social y comunitario.
El programa busca fortalecer las habilidades analíticas, de liderazgo y comunicación para intervenir eficazmente en problemáticas relacionadas con la salud, la educación, la discapacidad, el envejecimiento y la diversidad cultural. Además, promueve la responsabilidad social, la ética profesional y el compromiso con la mejora continua del bienestar individual y colectivo, habilitando al egresado para desempeñarse en instituciones públicas, privadas y sin fines de lucro, o continuar estudios de posgrado en áreas afines.
